Billie J. Coy, age 76, formerly of Xenia, and recently of Kettering, passed away Monday, August 31, 2026 at Kettering Medical Center. She was born March 15, 1950 in Petaluma, California.

Billie was preceded in death by her father: James Blakley, mother: Olive (Jones) Harlow; brother: James Blakley.
She is survived by her daughter: Cathy (Stephen) Daley of Kettering; grandchildren: Reagan, Larkin and Morgan Daley; sister: Cathy (Terry) Neal of AZ and her best friend: Mary Schaefer.

Billie graduated from Katella High School, Class of 1968, in Anaheim, California. She moved to Ohio when she was just 20 years old and began working at YSI shortly after. She retired from YSI after almost 40 years with the company, and made many close friends during her time there. She enjoyed crocheting. Billie loved her dogs, especially the late Charlie. She was a huge supporter of Francis Kennels and loved their staff. She especially loved spending time with her grandchildren.

Billie's family has chosen to celebrate her life privately.
