Brenda S. Brown, age 66 , of Xenia, passed away Sunday, November 28, 2021 at Kettering Medical Center. She was born in Olathe, Kansas the daughter of Carl E. and Wanda B. (Jones) Long.

In addition to her parents, Brenda was preceded in death by her brother: Darrell Long and sister: Cheri Bimm; and brother-in-law: Greg Hilliard.

Brenda is survived by her husband: Terrance "Mike" Brown whom she married August 10, 1985; daughter: Sara Brown and Zachary (Brianna) Brown; sisters: Margie Collins, Vicky Hilliard, brothers: Mark, Roger and Doug Long; grandchildren: Madisyn Ary, Evan Ary, Kieran Brown, Melody Howdyshell, and Lyla Brown; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Brenda had been an aide at the Shawnee Elementary. She graduated from Rock Hill High School, enjoyed country music and Elton John, reading and lady bugs. She especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

A celebration of her life will be held 7 PM Friday December 3, 2021 at McColaugh Funeral Home, 826 N Detroit St., Xenia with Pastor Don Payne officiating.
