Carole A. Plummer, 75, of Fairborn died Friday, October 1, 2021 at the Kettering Medical Center.

She was born November 23, 1945, in Jamestown, the daughter of Charles and Glenola (Shaw) Haines.  Carole was a member of the Xenia Grace Chapel.

Carole is survived by sons, Rob (Amanda) Plummer and James Plummer; grandchildren, Nikki Plummer, Carlos Young Jr., Michelle Young, Stephanie McKnight, Mikayla Plummer, James Plummer and Chloe Plummer; and sister, Pam (Mark) Tackett.  She was preceded in death by her husband James Plummer in 2012; daughter, Cynthia Young in 2008; her parents; brother, Charles Haines.

Funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at the Xenia Grace Chapel, where visitation will be held from 10:00 until the time of service.  Interment will follow the service at 2:00 PM at Dayton National Cemetery.
