Carolyn Lee Johnson, age 81, of Xenia, passed away Saturday, May 6, 2023 at Hospice of Dayton. She was born September 14, 1941 in Xenia, Ohio.

Carolyn was preceded in death by her mother and step-father: Betty Jean (Kelly) and Dean Mahaffey; father: William Daniel Wallace; her husband: Ronald G. Johnson and infant son: Ronald G. Johnson, Jr.

She is survived by her daughter: Sheri Eysoldt; son: Robert Johnson; half brother: Dan Wallace; grandchildren: Alex, Jacob, Nicholas, Samantha and Robert; 3 great grandchildren and a great great grandchild.

She retired in 1996 from the Tecumseh Consortium in Clark County where she had been an administrative assistant. She loved to play the piano and crochet.
