Carrie L. Beck, 94, of Beavercreek died Friday, December 24, 2021 at Hospice of Dayton.

She was born February 28, 1927, in Greene County the daughter of Charles Ray and Mary Etta (Cummings) Swigart.  Carrie was a member of the Mt. Zion Church.  She was a farm wife and along with her husband started William Beck & Sons Power Equipment in 1951.  Carrie was a member of the Republican Party in Beavercreek and had served as President.  Also, she was a member of the ABWA for 40 years and had served as President.

Carrie is survived by her loving children, Judy Beck Atkinson of Spring Valley, Rita E. Beck Webster of Spring Valley, William R. (Linda) Beck of Beavercreek, Doug (Anita) Beck of Beavercreek and Herbert (Lisa) Beck of Wilmington; fourteen grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren; and two great great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband, William L. Beck in 2007; brothers, Robert Swigart and Ernest Swigart; and son-in-law, Kenneth Wayne Webster.

Funeral service will be held 2:00PM Thursday, December 30th, at McColaugh Funeral Home, where visitation will be held from 1:00 PM until the time of service.  Interment will follow at Valley View Memorial Gardens.  Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton Foundation, 324 Wilmington Avenue, Dayton, OH 45420.
