Cody Allen Marshall, age 32, of Springfield, Ohio passed away June 10, 2026. He was born at Fort Hood, Texas, on February 6, 1994, the youngest son of William and Amy (Tharp) Marshall.

Cody leaves behind his greatest accomplishments in life, his children: Lilly, Max, and Ben; their mother: Taylor Foster; his parents: Amy Tharp Marshall (Terry Weaver) and William "Bill" (Carrie) Marshall; step brothers: Kurtis, Evan and Tanner; his grandparents; Faith Kochel and Gary (Robin) Smith; his uncle Steve Tharp and cousins: Kyle and Marisa Tharp.

Cody was preceded in death by his big brother Joey.

Cody was a simple man, loyal friend, loving son and devoted father. He was a gentle giant with an even bigger heart. The void he leaves behind will be forever missed by all who loved him.

His family has chosen to honor his life privately in an outdoor ceremony.
