Connie L. Hines, age 77, of Xenia passed away Sunday, November 16, 2025 at Soin Medical Center. She was born April 27, 1948 in Chillicothe, Ohio the daughter of Joe and Norma (Roll) Ours.

In addition to her parents, Connie was preceded in death by her brother Ned Ours; and a niece: Heather Ours.

She is survived by her husband of 57 years: Robert; children: Tracie L. (James) Wallace of Jamestown, and Tim Hines of Xenia; a brother: Tom (Linda) Ours; 4 grandchildren: Robin (Branden); Jessica (Donald) Theis; Baylee (Jake) Stuart; Jazmine (Jeremiah) Vaughan; 9 great grandchildren and many other nieces and nephews; her life-long friend: Bert Mason: partner in crime, travel buddies all things crafting truely best friends.

Connie retired from the Kettering Health Network, specifically Greene Memorial Hospital where she worked as a PBX operator. She enjoyed traveling, especially Amish Country and taking trips up the coast and to the cabin in Tennessee with the brothers and their wives.  She loved the fall season and spending the holidays with family. She also liked sewing and making craft items.  Connie cherished being a grandmother.

Services will be held 11AM Monday, November 24, 2025 at Woodland Cemetery, 281 Dayton Ave., Xenia with Pastor TJ McDaniel officiating.
