Deana Jane (McKnight) Jenkins, age 91, of Xenia, passed away Tuesday, December 9, 2025 at Alpine Nursing and Rehab in Xenia. She was born July 5, 1934 in Springfield, Ohio the daughter of Clyde and Dorothy (Burcham) McKnight.

Deana was preceded in death by her husband, Charles E. Jenkins; son: James Edward Jenkins; daughter: Inez Hahn; granddaughter: Teena Hahn; and siblings: Pauline Pitstick; Joanne Hildebrand; Juanita Shoemaker; Lawrence, James, Gary and Eugene McKnight.

She is survived by her children: Terry Jenkins, Phyllis Toner and Michelle Markel, all of Xenia; 10 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

She had been a member of the Eagles #1689 Ladies Auxiliary. She was a loving mother.

Funeral services will be held at 11:30 AM Monday, December 15th at McColaugh Funeral Home in Xenia, where a visitation will be held from 10:30 AM until the time of service. Interment will follow at Valley View Cemetery.
