Debra Elaine Koger, age 75, of Xenia, passed away Thursday, September 10, 2026 following a medical procedure at Bethesda Hospital. She was born July 27, 1951 in Dayton, the daughter of the late Joe Wilson and Blanche (Smith) Wilson Funk.
Debra was also preceded in death by her step-father: Stanley Funk. She is survived by a son: Bryan Joe Stafford; aunt and uncle: Brenda and Glen McGee; long time friends: Dale Perry, Becky Brabson and Bridgett Kerkhove.
Debra was a graduate of Kiser High School and attended Clark State College. She most recently worked at Low Industries in Dayton. Debra really enjoyed her "girl trips" with her friends.
Per her wishes, her life will be celebrated privately.
