Delphia F. Fannin, age 88, of Xenia, passed away Thursday, July 16, 2026 at Trinity Community. She was born October 29, 1937 in Sandy Hook, Kentucky the daughter of John and Ina (Markwell) Wagner.

She was preceded in death by her husband: Rondel G. Fannin; daughter: Sandra Donaldson; sister: Anna May Todd; and brothers: Clyde, Earl, Arnold, Eugene Wagoner.

She is survived by her grandchildren: Justin Donaldson; Joshua (Kaitlyn) Donaldson and Lauren (Jason) Jones; and great grandchildren: Aiden, Avery, Cora and Maeve Donaldson; brother: Ellis Wagoner; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial Service will be held 11 AM Thursday, July 23rd at McColaugh Massie Funeral Home, 826 N. Detroit St., Xenia. Visitation will begin at 10 AM Thursday until the time of service at the funeral home. She will be buried at Woodland Cemetery, Xenia at a later date.
