Donna J. Howard, age 89, of Xenia, passed away Wednesday, January 5, 2022 at Harmony Health and Rehab. She was born January 22, 1932 in Columbus, Ohio the daughter of Walter and Mary (Meadows) Spanable.

In addition to her parents, Donna was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Glen E. Howard; her brother: Jack Spanable; and a grandson.

She is survived by her children: Rick L. (Sharon) Howard of MD; Daniel M. "Mick" (Lynnelle) Howard of Beavercreek, OH and Rebecca (Rickey) Young of South Lebanon, Ohio; 11 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren and a great great grandson; a sister: Nancy (Don) McNichols; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Donna had been a member of the Faith Community Church. She and her husband had been active at the OS&SO Home. She was a member of the OES. Donna retired from Third National Bank and proudly served as a City Commissioner for Xenia. She was also an avid lover of dogs, especially her Boston Terriers.

Services will be held 11:30 AM Thursday, January 13 at McColaugh Funeral Home, 826 N. Detroit St., Xenia. Visitation will be held 1 hour prior to the time of service at the funeral home. She will be buried at Woodland Cemetery, Xenia.
