Frances Lee Miller, 90, of Xenia died Wednesday, July 22, 2026 her home.

She was born February 6, 1936 in Washington Court House, the daughter of Marion Elmo and Prudence Paula (Taylor) Wilson.  Frances taught special needs students for many years.  She loved to read, knit, crochet, attend sporting events and spend time with her family.

Frances is survived by daughters, Deborah (Bill) Kingsolver, Diana Melvin and Paula (David) Abling; grandchildren Jacob Kingsolver, Jill Rockwell, Adam Kingsolver, Jessica Davis, Melissa Melvin, Nicole Bingham and Evette Abling; 12 great-grandchildren; 3 great great-grandchildren; sisters, Joella (Terry) Lentz and Patricia Wilson; and brother, Mike (Karen) Wilson.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard; granddaughter, Amanda "Tootz" Melvin; her parents; sister, Mary V. Edman; and brother, Earl Elmo Wilson.

Graveside service will be held at a later date at Valley View Memorial Gardens in Xenia.  McColaugh Funeral Home in Xenia is serving the family.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Ohio's Hospice, 324 Wilmington Avenue, Dayton, OH 45420.
