Geneva R. Adkins, 91, of Xenia died Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at the Alpine Nursing Home.

She was born October 14, 1933, in Morgan, KY, the daughter of Theodore and Alberta (Lewis) Lykins.  Geneva enjoyed listening to Pastor Murray of the Shepherds Chapel.  She loved gardening; painting and spending time wither family.  Geneva always found the good in everything.

She is survived by daughter, LaVern (Donald G.) Sexton; sons, John Adkins, David (Tina) Adkins and Paul Adkins; grandchildren, Jarrod Sexton, Jennifer (Michael) Kautz, Chris Adkins, Jessica (Aaron) Davidson, John Adkins Jr., Lindsey Adkins, Sam Adkins and Maygan (Edward) Smith; 14 great-grandchildren; and half-sister, Helen Rothberg.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Adkins; and brother Eddie Lykins.

A celebration of Geneva's life will be held 4:00 PM Thursday, May 29th, at McColaugh Funeral Home in Xenia, where visitation will be held 3:00 PM until the time of service.
