Ivy A. Grace, Jr., age 89, of Xenia, completed his work here on Earth Tuesday, August 10, 2021. He was born June 14, 1932 in Hopkinsville, KY the son of Ivy A. Sr. and Buna (Wilson) Grace.

In addition to his parents, Ivy was preceded in death by his sister and 2 brothers.

He is survived by his loving wife, Nancy Kirkman Grace, whom he married in 1952; children: Mike (Laura) Grace Spring Valley, OH; Terry (Kathi) Grace of SC and Kathy Grace of Xenia; 3 grandchildren: Lee Longworth; Emili (Toby) Hitchcock and Emma Grace; a great grandson: Sebastian; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Ivy retired from Bendix Corporation, where he had worked as an electrical engineer. He proudly served in the US Navy on the USS Everglades. He was a member of First Baptist Church. Ivy had a lot of fun golfing and fishing over the years. He loved country music, especially George Jones. He was an avid University of Kentucky Wildcat fan and loved his grandchildren.

Services will be held 1:30 PM Monday, August 16, 2021 at McColaugh Funeral Home Inc. 826 N. Detroit Street, Xenia with Jay Russell officiating. He will be buried at Valley View Memorial Gardens.
