Jack A. Marsden, age 74, of Xenia, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, July 5, 2022 at Soin Medical Center. He was born November 17, 1947 in Dayton, Ohio the son of John and Lola (Coon) Marsden, both deceased.

Jack is survived by his wife of 49 years, Barbara (Owens) Marsden; daughters: Lori (Shawn) Kelble and April Marsden, both of Xenia; brothers: Terry (Sandra) Marsden of Alabama; Dennis (Jo) Marsden and John (Rose) Marsden, both of Xenia; 2 grandchildren: Joshua and Dylan Kelble; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Jack was a self-employed brick layer. He retired from Armel Byrnes as a pipe fitter. He enjoyed bowling, watching sports on tv and gardening. Most importantly, Jack enjoyed spending time with his family.

Services will be held 3 PM Saturday, July 9, 2022 at McColaugh Funeral Home, 826 N. Detroit St., Xenia. Visitation will be held 1:30 Saturday until the time of service at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.mccolaughfuneralhome.com .
