Jacqueline Sue Yount, age 59, of Xenia, passed away Thursday, May 19, 2022 at her residence following a lengthy battle with ALS. She was born February 2, 1963 in Springfield, Ohio the daughter of Marilyn S. (Givens) and Jerry Dennis Wilburn.

In addition to her parents, Susie was preceded in death by her stepson: Martin Yount.

Susie is survived by her husband: Martie Yount, whom she married July 10, 1989; brother: Dana Wilburn; nephew: Aaron Wilburn and granddaughter: Zoe; as well as many other relatives and friends.

Susie retired from the Village of Yellow Springs, where she had made many friends over the years. She was very talented and loved making all sorts of crafts, ranging from basketweaving, wreaths, dolls, painting, sewing and knitting. There really wasn't anything she couldn't do. She was a member of the Clear Springs Primitive Baptist Church and loved her Lord. Her church family looked forward to services that included her sharing her testimony.

Services will be held 12 Noon Tuesday, May 24 ^th at Clear Springs Primitive Baptist Church, 2201 Centerville Road, Spring Valley, OH 45370 with Pastor Roger VanHoose officiating.
