Jacquelyn Sue Parker, age 79, of Xenia, passed away Friday, December 13, 2024 at Jamestown Place Health and Rehab. She was born January 13, 1945 in Dayton, Ohio the daughter of William H. Sr. and Thelma B. (Crabill) Kell.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Rufus A. Parker; son: Jon A. Parker; sisters: Della Smith and Donna Gastiger and brother: Ron Kell.

Jacquelyn is survived by her daughter and son-in-law: Jennifer and Jeff Brown of Waynesville, Ohio; sisters: Wilma Cessna and Toni Fields; and brother: William Kell, Jr.; 6 grandchildren: Cody, Carli, John, Joseph, Skylar and Cali; and numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Jacquelyn retired from the State of Ohio, where she worked for BVR as a word processor. She graduated from Clarksville High School Class of 1963 and was an avid Bingo player. She loved Christmas and spending time with her family. Most importantly, Jacquelyn was a dedicated wife, mother, sister and grandmother.

A service to celebrate the life of Jacquelyn, Rufus and Jon will be 4:00 PM Monday, April 28th at McColaugh Funeral Home in Xenia, where visitation will be held from 3:00 PM until the time of service. They will be interred together at Silvercreek Cemetery, Jamestown.
