Jay R. Heifner, age 68, of Jamestown, passed away Wednesday, September 21, 2022 at his residence. He was born February 17, 1954 in Jamestown, Ohio the son of Robert and Viola "Billie" (Sheley) Heifner, both deceased.

Jay retired from Heifner Sheet Metal. He was a graduate of Greenview High School.

He is survived by his children: Evan of Leesburg and Chelsea of New Vienna; siblings: Jeff Heifner and Kathy (David) Avey, both of Xenia, Leann Heifner of MI and Julie (Dick) Seedle of Jamestown; grandchildren: Sophie and Jovani; as well as numerous friends.

Graveside service will be held 11 AM Thursday, October 6 ^th at Silvercreek Cemetery, Jamestown.
