Jeffrey Scott Boggs, age 56, of Xenia, passed away Saturday, April 6, 2024 at Soin Medical Center. He was born June 1, 1967 in Dayton, Ohio. Jeffrey was preceded in death by his stepfather: Thomas Shoup.

He is survived by his loving wife, Michelle L. (Rungee) Boggs, whom he married on February 11, 1998; his mother: Carol (McPherson) Shoup; children: Erik (Mackenzie) Boggs of Xenia; Aaron (Shellene) Boggs of TN; Tiffany Boggs of TN; Jamie Boggs of FL; and Matthew Young of Iowa; sister: Jona Herzner of KY; and grandchildren: Jasper, Malcolm, Sienna and Landon; his father: John Boggs of Xenia; aunt: Debbie (Robert) Freeman; as well as numerous cousins, and other relatives.

Jeffrey graduated from Xenia High School and briefly served in the US Army. He had been a truck driver before his health forced him into retirement. Jeff enjoyed flying RC airplanes and drones, hot air balloon rides and riding his motorcycle. He also liked to tinker and build things. Jeff had been very involved with the Xenia High School Band Boosters, and enjoyed volunteering and supporting the band in various capacities.
