Joann "Jody" Ross, 84, of Xenia, passed away Tuesday, July 30, 2024, at Harmony Health and Rehab.

She was born August 18, 1939, in Xenia, the daughter of Robert William and Ruth Anne (Diamond) Irwin.  Jody was a member of the Jamestown Presbyterian Church.  She worked for many years as a hairdresser.  Jody was a beloved wife, friend and grandmother to many.

Jody is survived by grandchildren, Candace Donahue, Christopher (Shelby) Renna and Heather Ross; great-grandchildren, Brenden Renna, Haven Newbourn, Dominic Renna, Kristen Howard, Jace Reed, Jaxon Reed, Daniel Donahue, Mikal Adams, Jaden Johnson and Jordan Hill; brothers, John (Connie) Irwin, Dan (Lou) Irwin and Bryan (Sherry) Pflanzer; step-daughter, Patti Brammer; and close family friend, Robert Sanders.  She was preceded in death by her husband, George T. Ross; daughter, Dawn Ross; and great-grandson, Gage Adams.

Graveside service will be held 11:00 AM Friday, August 2nd, at Woodland Cemetery, Xenia.
