Joanne P. Snell, age 83, of Jamestown, passed away Sunday, June 18, 2023 at Hospice of Dayton. She was born March 24, 1940 in Dayton, the daughter of James and Dorothy Norris.

She married Dale H. Snell in 1960; and they have two daughters: Ellen (Glen) Malicki and Diane Snell (Mike Hannah); and two granddaughters: Haley (Josh Baldridge) and Victoria; as well as numerous other relatives and friends. Jo was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Clara Jean Young.

Jo graduated from Patterson Co-Op. She was the owner of Something New Florist in Jamestown for over 43 years. Being in business for so long gave Jo the opportunity to meet many wonderful people and she was a very talented floral designer. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.
