John William Lutz, 54, of Xenia, died Saturday, January 15, 2022 at his home.

He was born December 17, 1967, in Dayton the son of Clarence and Katherine (Mendelow) Lutz.  John was a member of the East Dayton Christian Church.  He loved to fish and race cars at Kil-Kare Speedway.  John was a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather.

Johnis survived by his wife of 34 years, Karen (Doolan); daughter, Sara (Thomas) Turner; son, Aric Lutz; grandchildren, Adryan, Andrew and Anna Turner; father, Clarence Lutz; mother Katherine Rinearson; sister, Julie (Luke) McGuire; brothers, Leonard, Gary, Frank (Andrea), Dean and Donny (Sandy) Lutz; and many nieces nephews and cousins.

Graveside services will be held 2:00 PM Friday January 21 ^st , at Silvercreek-New Cemetery in Jamestown.
