John A. Masso, age 42, currently of Xenia, originally of Blenheim, SC passed away Saturday, January 1, 2022 at Kettering Medical Center as a result of complications from Covid-19.

John is survived by his wife, Sarah (Manor) Masso, whom he married August 15, 2020; his parents: LaTonna (Pate) and David Lord of Blenheim, SC; daughters: Brooklyn Richelle (7) and Savannah Jane Masso (4), both at home; brother: James Lord of Myrtle Beach, SC; sister: Stevie Nicole Lord of Blenheim, SC; Nieces and Nephews: Nevaeh, Alyson and Brantley; Aunt: Fonda "Pie" Wallace;  mother-in-law and father-in-law: Terri and Kent Manor of Xenia; brother-in-law: Zachary (Jenn) Manor of KY; sister-in-law: Cassidy Manor of Xenia; special extended family: Cindy and Randy Polson; and James Polson; numerous cousins and many friends.

John had currently been a chef at Fleming's Prime Steakhouse in Beavercreek. He was an avid sports fan, especially of the Carolina Gamecocks.  He had been a little league coach while living in Florida. He enjoyed golfing and music. He also loved going back home to South Carolina. John's biggest accomplishment was having the title of "Daddy" and he loved being with his girls and his family.
