Joyce Ann Perry, age 78, currently of Cincinnati and longtime resident of Xenia passed away Wednesday, November 24 ^th at Mercy Hospital in Anderson Twp. She was born February 4, 1943 in Jamestown, Ohio the daughter of Pearl and Lois (Calvert) Newell.

She is survived by her children: Michelle Renẽ Perry Hamilton; and Christopher David (Lisa) Perry; 7 grandchildren: Samuel, Lauren, Alex, Nicholas, Merrick, Julia, and Drew; a great grandchild: Sawyer; brother: Richard (Doris) Newell; sisters: Jo Ann (Bill) Morneault and Wanda (Charles) Vaughn; sisters-in-law: Peggy and Susan Newell; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Joyce was preceded in death by her husband: David Perry; brothers: Vernon Newell; Alvin Newell and R. Lamar Newell; and an infant sister.

She had worked at the Greene County Board of Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health for over 30 years, before retiring from The Community Network. She attended Forestville Baptist Church.

Services were held privately. She was interred with her husband at Woodland Cemetery, Xenia.
