Kay Linay Murray, 57, of Xenia, a Beautiful Angel received her wings Wednesday, April 1, 2026 at Miami Valley Hospital.

She was born September 3, 1968, in Xenia, the daughter of Richard John and Pearl (Leighly) McClelland.  Kay was a loving wife and family caregiver.  She was a kind lady with a big heart always making sure that her family and friends were taken care of.  Kay loved to take long drives and going to the park.  She enjoyed riding bikes, garage sales, flea markets, swimming and shopping.  She loved spending time with her family and friends.

Kay is survived by her husband, Douglas Lee Murray Sr.; daughters, Amber Linay (Tony) Keidel and Candy Leona Murray; son, Douglas Lee Murray Jr.; granddaughter, Hayle Madison Keidel; father, Richard John McClelland; sister, Marion (Jonathon) Green.  She was preceded in death by her mother Pearl (Leighly).

Private services will be held at a later date.  McColaugh Funeral Home is serving the family.
