Obituary

Kenneth W. Miller, age 72, a lifelong resident of Xenia, passed away on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at the Cleveland Clinic, surrounded by his loved ones. Kenny was born on July 3, 1953, in Xenia, the son of Juanita (Zeller) and Harry Miller, Jr.

In addition to his parents, Kenny was preceded in death by his siblings: Linda Sue Morris, Bonnie Caudill, Dennis Lee Miller, and David Miller.

He is survived by his wife, Bernadette (Storer), whom he married on November 16, 1974; his sons, Clinton J. (Jessica) Miller and Clayton W. (Angela) Miller; his brother, John (Lucretia) Miller; his four grandchildren, Alyssa, Chase, Hudson, and Adley; and his granddogs, Grizz and Baxter; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and many dear friends.

Kenny graduated from Xenia High School and retired from SuperValu after proudly serving the company for more than 30 years. A devoted Ohio State Buckeyes fan, he also made a lasting impact on countless young people through his years of coaching youth sports. He was instrumental in developing the pickleball programs at both the Xenia YMCA and Xenia Grace.

Kenny genuinely loved people. He was a familiar face at the YMCA, where he faithfully worked out each day, though he may have spent just as much time visiting and laughing with friends. He found great joy in handing out small figurines and reminding others, "Everyone needs a little Jesus." A faithful member of Xenia Grace, Kenny lived out his faith through kindness, generosity, and a servant's heart. While his family and friends will miss him dearly, they find comfort in knowing he is now home in Heaven.

Services will be held on Friday, July 17, at Xenia Grace, 100 Grace Drive, Xenia, Ohio. Visitation will be from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m., followed by a Celebration of Life service beginning at 6:00 p.m. Family and friends are invited to remain afterward for a time of fellowship, food, and refreshments as they continue celebrating Kenny's life together.

To honor Kenny's love for The Ohio State Buckeyes, guests are warmly encouraged to wear Ohio State attire. Otherwise, casual dress is welcomed.
