Laura C. Linnell, age 71, of Xenia, was welcomed into Heaven on Friday, August 7, 2026. She was born January 22, 1955 in Jacksonville, Florida the daughter of Carl A. and Sophie (Peperitis) Dalland, both deceased.

Laura graduated from Anoka High School in Minnesota, continuing her education at Pillsbury Bible College and obtaining her Bachelor's Degree at Hennepin Community College. She retired from Greene Memorial Hospital as a Registered Nurse for over 30 years.  She was a faithful and supportive pastor's wife. Laura enjoyed gardening and horseback riding. She was an avid reader. Her passion for reading was so great she was once recognized by the Greene County Library as the person who had checked out the most books in a year's time. Her greatest joy was found in entertaining her family.

Laura is survived by her husband, Don Linnell, whom she married October 6, 1979; her sons: Eric Linnell of Kankakee, IL; and Ryan (Elisabeth) Linnell of Xenia; sisters: Sharon (Wayne) Sarappo of White Bear Lake, MN and Carla Anderson of St. Paul, MN; her uncle John Dalland of Minneapolis, MN and grandchildren: Harper, Oliver, Samuel, Emma, Lily and Sarah; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

Per Laura's request her life will be celebrated privately amongst close family and friends.
