Marietta Stewart, age 89, of Xenia, passed away Tuesday, December 9, 2025 at Hospice of Dayton. She was born September 27, 1936 in Harveysburg, Ohio, the daughter of Russell and Doris (Barnhart) Bennett.

She was preceded in death by her sister: Virginia Drake and brothers: Eugene, Richard and Russell Bennett.

Marietta is survived by her husband, Ralph, whom she married January 22, 1953; children: Robin Stewart, Christine (Mark) Moore and Steve (Angela) Stewart; 4 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

She was a member of the Liberty Worship Center and had been a nurse's aide at Trinity Community.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Ohio's Hospice.org.

Services will be held 11 AM Tuesday, December 16th at McColaugh Funeral Home, 826 N. Detroit St. Xenia. Visitation will be held 10 AM Tuesday until the time of service at the funeral home. Burial to follow in Valley View Memorial Gardens.
