Marilyn D. Jacobs, age 76, of Xenia, passed away Monday, April 27, 2026 at Beavercreek Acute Care Center. She was born in Jamestown, Ohio the daughter of Ralph and Doreen (Shaw) Lee.

Marilyn graduated from Xenia High School, Class of 1968. She had been an active member of AHOP, cooking for their community events. She loved to help others.

In addition to her parents, Marilyn was preceded in death by her sister: Beverly Lee.

She is survived by her husband, Michael B. Jacobs, whom she married October 6, 1978; children: Mandy (Randy) Whitfield of Xenia; Pamela (David) Strohbar of Los Cruces, New Mexico and Robert (Becky) Rowley of Beavercreek; a brother: Larry Dean of Xenia; 6 grandchildren: Nicholas, Madeline, Josie, Lucas, Elizabeth and Tyler and her beloved dog, Oliver.

Graveside service will be held 11 AM Tuesday at Valley View Memorial Gardens.
