Marilyn Mae (Elsea) Karrick, age 87  of Xenia, passed away Thursday, February 10, 2022 at Legacy Village in Xenia. She was born August 13, 1934 in Findlay, Ohio the daughter of Cloyce and Lyle Grace Roseboom Elsea.

Marilyn was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Leland P. Karrick; a daughter Vicki Lynne Karrick and brother and sister-in-law: Kenneth and Shirley Elsea.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law: Rebecca (Gregg) Hebrank of Bellbrook, Ohio; son and daughter-in-law: Gregory (Wendy) Karrick of Portage, MI; grandchildren: Jonathan (Heather) Hebrank of Bellbrook, OH; Trisha (Clay) Doench of Waynesville, OH; Kearsten (Justin) McCoy of Grand Rapids, MI; Jillian (Brandon) Nelli of Ft. Worth, TX and Madison (Phillip) Kohn of Galesburg, MI; 8 great grandchildren: Abigail and Bentley Hebrank; Braxton, Maddox and Lynix Doench; Mercy and James McCoy; and Savannah and (Baby) Nelli; and a host of other relatives and friends.

She had lived in various towns, before returning to Legacy Village in Xenia, including Defiance, Ohio, Xenia and Westerville, Ohio. She loved being with her family, vacationing and traveling with them. She was also a very active church member, volunteering wherever needed. She especially loved spending time in their summer home on Lake Michigan.

She will be buried 12 Noon Tuesday, February 15 ^th at Maple Grove Cemetery, Findlay, Ohio with her son, Greg Karrick officiating.
