Mason Lee
Bohm
Oct 13, 2006 — Sep 14, 2026
Mason Lee Bohm passed away unexpectedly on Monday, September 14, 2026. Mason was born on October 13, 2006, and was the only boy of the triplets born to Cynthia (Diehm) and Brian Bohm.
He was a fighter since his birth, being on a ventilator and in the NICU for a month before he could go home. He was a funny kid-the class clown and loved to make people laugh. Mason had a big heart and was always empathic towards others. Mason did not tolerate bullying to his friends or even a stranger. He also loved to sing and was a "grammy winner" for his shower singing. In elementary, he played flag football and wrestled. He enjoyed baseball and worked as an umpire for the Beavercreek Little League. Mason was a hard worker, he worked at McDonald's, Noodles & Co., Door Dash and most recently was in the meat department with Kroger's in Beavercreek. Mason was a 2025 graduate of both Beavercreek High School and the Greene County Career Center, where he earned his certificate for Criminal Justice. He attended Sinclair Community College, before earning a scholarship to attend Ohio University this fall, majoring in Mechanical Engineering at the Russ School of Engineering. He was a member of the National Honor Society at both BCHS and Sinclair. He was very smart, excelled in math and loved to 'tinker' and build Legos, cook and bake, and put things together. He also enjoyed playing pool, video games and working out and running. Last year he and his sister Grace went skydiving and he loved it. Mason was also very particular and neat, especially with his hair and cologne choices. Mason was a wonderful son, brother and friend.
Mason was preceded in death by his 27 day old triplet sister, Paige J. Bohm; his grandfather: Dennis Diehm; grandmother: Joann Connaughton; uncles: Darren Benjamin, Adam Yazell and David Diehm; and special cousins: Craig Tobin and Anthony Price.
He is survived by his father: Brian (Ariell) Bohm; mother: Cynthia Bohm (Matthew Arnold); triplet sister: Grace R. Bohm; brother: Gavin R. McCurley; grandmother: Sharon Diehm; grandfather: Tom (Donna) Bohm; aunts and uncles: Mark Connaughton; Kelly (Anthony) Johnson; and Andrea Benjamin; close friends: Dashal Adams, Camden Anderson, Brody Conklin and Jaxson Redd as well as numerous cousins, great aunts and uncles, other relatives and friends.
Visitation for friends and family will begin 10:30 AM Monday at McColaugh Funeral Home, 826 N. Detroit St., Xenia with a celebration of his life beginning at 11:30 AM Monday. Luncheon will be held for those attending following the service.
