Matthew Allen Boothe, of Xenia, passed away Wednesday, November 23, 2022 in Somerset, Kentucky. He was born February 1, 1982 in Dayton, Ohio the son of Michael W. and Sharon (Milligan) Boothe.

Matt was a graduate of Xenia High School, Class of 2001. He had played football and been on the swim team in his youth. Matt had also been a member of the Faith Community United Methodist Church. He was a fan of the Dallas Cowboys.

Matt was preceded in death by his grandparents; Hayden and Elinor Milligan and Anna Mae Boothe.

In addition to his parents, Matt is survived by his girlfriend; Brandy Price and her children; Jaylynn, Brooklynn, Aubree and Aaron; his friends and mentor; Jeremiah and Carolyn Byrd; uncle; Warren (Barb Crabel) Milligan cousins: Julie Boothe, Jordon and Kendal; his dog: Ally; and many other cousins and many friends.

Services will be held 10 AM Thursday, December 1 at Faith Community United Methodist Church with Pastor Andy Wagner and Jeremiah Byrd officiating. Burial to follow in Valley View Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held 5-8 PM Wednesday evening at the church. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to SOS Ministries at PO Box 315 Xenia or online at www.saveoursoulsministries.org.
