Melinda J. Brakeall, 46, of Xenia, went to be with the Lord Tuesday, June 24, 2025, at her home.

She was born August 23, 1978, in Xenia, the daughter of Daniel and Velva (Dice) Brakeall Flaugher.  Melinda was a homemaker, as her mother's "Sweet Pea", and her love of loved turtles.

Melinda is survived by her mother, Velva (Dice) Flaugher; brothers, Daniel and Douglas Brakeall; step-brother, Jason Flaugher; nephews, Gavin, Hayden, Devyn and Cole Brakeall, Jayman Flaugher; special nephew, Daniel Henderson; niece, Mya Brakeall; great niece, Oakley Brakeall; boyfirend, Chris Geraci; many aunts, uncles and cousins.  She was preceded in death by her father Daniel Brakeall Sr.; and step-father, Thomas Flaugher.

Private services will be held at a later date.  McColaugh Funeral Home in Xenia,  is serving the family.
