Patti Jo Peacock, age 65, of Xenia, passed away peacefully Saturday, December 10, 2022 at Troy Care Center. She was born December 31, 1956 in Xenia, the daughter of Joseph L. Harding and Jessie L. (Whitehead) Harding.

She is survived by her husband: David E. Peacock, whom she married in 1987; sons: Maurice E. (Candace) Williams and Brian (Marrita) Harding; brother: David L. Harding; numerous grandchildren; sisters-in-law: Charlene Hamilton, Phyllis Rockhold, Carolyn Ely and Julie Stepter;  brothers-in-law: Jerry and Roger Peacock and Noverria Faulkner; numerous nieces and nephews special niece and nephew, Damon & Jennifer Harding, as well as many cousins, including the Whitehead, Mitchell, Harding, Channels, Jones, Clark and Sanford families.

In addition to her parents, Patti was preceded in death by her daughter: Phyllis Nicole Harding and sister: Mary Ann Faulkner.

Patti was strong in her faith and an active member of the Church of Beavercreek, where she enjoyed singing. She graduated from Xenia High School, Class of 1975 and had been a nursing assistant with Heartland of Springfield and as a home health care aide. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Patti had been sick for many years, but she courageously fought a good fight until the very end.

Funeral services will be held 11:30 AM Friday, December 16 ^th at McColaugh Funeral Home, 826 N. Detroit St., Xenia. Visitation will be held 10:30 AM Friday until the time of service at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.mccolaughfuneralhome.com.
