Paul E.
Francisco
Feb 16, 1945 — Jun 18, 2026
Jamestown
Paul E. Francisco, 81, of Jamestown, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, June 18th, 2026, at his home surrounded by his family.
He was born February 16th, 1945, in Hornell, NY, the son of Elmer and Edyth (Conklin) Francisco. Paul was a graduate of Dilce Combs High School in Kentucky. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving in Vietnam from 1966-1967. Paul studied at the Practical Bible Training School and received a Bachelor's Degree from Cedarville College.
Paul is survived by his wife of 58 years, Emily (Clemens) Francisco; children, Susan (Gary) Day, Steven Francisco, and Kevin (Angela) Francisco; 10 grandchildren: Kayla Day, Emily Day, Abigail Day, Hannah Day, Rachel Day, Jesse Francisco, Hope Francisco, Sarah Day, Noah Francisco, and Micah Francisco, brother, Ronald (Dora) Francisco; and sister, Sylvia Stevenson. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Sharon Francisco; and brother, Elden "Bud" Francisco.
His love for his children and grandchildren was evident to all. He was our family's quiet cheerleader always ready with an encouraging word. His life was marked by his steadfast, constant love for his wife leaving a lasting impact on his children and grandchildren.
Paul was a steadfast servant of the Lord and he tirelessly served his church family from its earliest days. He was often the first person you would meet coming into the church foyer, or auditorium, but he also served behind the scenes, doing more than we ever knew. As a deacon and usher, he was always on the lookout for how the church family could help someone in need.
In the community, Paul was active in the SAY soccer program, coaching and administrating, so that our young children could learn not only soccer, but team play and good sportsmanship.
Funeral service will be held at 12:00 PM on Tuesday, June 23rd, at Shawnee Hills Baptist Church, 3490 Jasper Road, Jamestown, where visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until the time of service. Interment will follow at Silvercreek Cemetery - New.
