Phyllis I. Jobe, age 96, of Bellbrook, Ohio passed away Saturday, September 20, 2025 at her residence surrounded by her loved ones. She was born April 18, 1929 in Beavercreek, Ohio the daughter of Lester and Cathern (McMichael) Shoup.

In addition to her parents Phyllis was preceded in death by her husband, John W. Jobe; brother: John F. Shoup; and sisters: Bertha Belle Koogler; Maryellen Darner and Emma Lou Jenks.

She is survived by her children: Connie Moore and Jeff Jobe; sister: Ruth Ann (James C.) Turner; grandchildren: John Bradley Moore and Timothy Scott Moore; great grandchildren: Alexis Catherine Moore; as well as a host of nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.

She attended First Church of Christ in Xenia and Mt. Zion Church. She was an avid Cincinnati Reds Fan.

Services will be held 11:30 AM Wednesday at McColaugh Funeral Home 826 N. Detroit St., Xenia. Visitation will begin Wednesday 10:30 AM until the time of service at the funeral home. Burial to follow in Bellbrook Cemetery.
