Ricky W. Baxley, age 70, of Bowersville, passed away Saturday, November 4, 2023 at Miami Valley Hospital. He was born June 23, 1953 in Xenia, the son of Fredrick L. and Flossie (Jeffries) Baxley.

In addition to his parents, Ricky was preceded in death by his wife, Deborah Baxley in 2022; and siblings: Patricia Baxley, Mike Hipshire and Leroy Baxley.

He is survived by his daughter: Jessica Phillips and Ricky William "Billy" Baxley, II; sisters: Sandra Alconada, Cindy Walker and brother: Fredrick Baxley; 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren; and his service dog, Scotty.

Ricky retired from Vancrest Healthcare Center in Eaton. He was a loving father, grandfather, and great grandfather. He loved his family. Ricky also enjoyed watching "My 600 pound life" and "Live PD."

Services to celebrate his life will be held at the family's residence in Bowersville. A date will be announced shortly.
