Ronald E. Beam, age 74, of Xenia, passed away Tuesday, February 17, 2026 at Miami Valley Hospital. He was born January 21, 1952 in Xenia, Ohio the son of Roy E. and Betty (Spires) Beam.

In addition to his parents, Ron was preceded in death by his wife: Jayne; daughter: Melissa Beam; grandparents: Irene and Bob King and Glovel and Lois Spires.

Ron is survived by his son: Kevin Beam; sister: Jackie (Patrick) Stewart; brothers: Bobby (Teresa) Beam, Jim Beam, Ken Beam, Tim (Xan) Beam and Johnny Beam numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and his granddog, Max. Ron had many friends, including his special friends: Mike Smith and Mark Clark.

Ron was an avid fan of the Cincinnati Bengals. He enjoyed going to auctions and playing Bingo with his wife. When Ron was younger he enjoyed playing softball. He loved his granddogs. Ron loved Facebook, and never missed a chance to post a music video or funny meme. He was recently baptized through St. Brigid Catholic Church.

Funeral services will be held 11:30 AM Monday, February 23rd at McColaugh Funeral Home, 826 N. Detroit St., Xenia with Rev. Ron Swiger officiating. Visitation will be held 10:30 AM Monday until the time of service at the funeral home.  He will be buried with his wife and daughter at St. Brigid Cemetery.
