Roy Tillman, Sr., age 73, of Xenia, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, August 5, 2025 at Greene Memorial Hospital. He was born August 25, 1951 in Brooklet, Georgia, the son of Leroy "Micey" and Noise Mae (Wilkerson) Tillman.

Roy was preceded in death by his parents, and brothers: Billy and Bobbie Tillman.

He is survived by his loving wife, Dianna L. (Peterson) Tillman, whom he married July 30, 1970; children: Anna Tillman (Jason) Kent, Janice Tillman (Stanley, Sr.) Harrison and Roy Tillman, Jr.; grandchildren: Dianna Cooper, Jayson Kent, Janae Kent, Jadan Harrison, Jordyn Harrison, and Stanley Harrison, Jr.; brother, Donnell (Linda) Tillman as well several special nieces and nephews.

Roy graduated from William James High School and was retired from Morris Bean & Co. He served in both the US Air Force and the US Army. He enjoyed football, watching football, playing football and talking about football. Roy's favorite pastime was supporting his grandchildren at their events.

Funeral service will be held 12 noon Tuesday, August 12, 2025 at McColaugh Funeral Home, 826 N. Detroit St., Xenia. Visitation will be held 11AM Tuesday until the time of service at the funeral home. Burial to follow in Massie Creek Cemetery.
