Ruth A. Napier, age 72, of Xenia, OH passed away on July 19, 2022 at Greene Memorial Hospital. She was born on May 24, 1950 in Dayton, OH to the late Ralph and Elsie Mae (Glascoe) Paul.

Ruth is survived by her husband: Gary Napier of Xenia; children: Diana (Phillip) Shaw of Xenia, Scott (Tonya) Napier of Xenia; grandchildren: Kristi (Stefan) Harbison of Waynesville, and Warren Mahar and Braden Napier, both of Xenia; and great grandchildren: Kyle and Elsie Harbison of Waynesville. In addition to her parents, Ruth was preceded in death by her siblings: Ralph Paul, Leonard Paul, and Carol Brightwell.

Ruth worked for Norwood Tools for over 25 years. In her free time, she loved to travel with her family and shop the local garage sales. She was a special and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She was her family's greatest fan, never missing a baseball game.

A Funeral Service will be held at 12:00 PM on Monday, July 25, 2022, at McColaugh Funeral Home, Xenia with Rev. Phillip Shaw officiating. Burial to follow at Twin Valley Cemetery, West Alexandria, OH. Friends may call on the family from 11:00AM-12:00PM on Monday at the funeral home.
