Sharon K. Haines, age 67, of Xenia, passed away Thursday, September 12, 2024 at Miami Valley Hospital. She was born May 18, 1957 in Hamilton, Ohio.

Sharon was preceded in death by her husband: Thomas K. Haines, her father: Clellan Jennings, mother and step father: Oshie Owens and Robert McCormick; brother: Tim McCormick and sisters: Sandra (Bill) Dihrkop and Carolyn Flannery.

Sharon is survived by her daughter and son-in-law: Carla and Wesley Cox of Franklin; grandson: Keiter Cox; step daughter: Amber Haines; siblings: Kat (Dave) Davis; Jean (Vernal) French; Linda Wankmiller; Brenda (Bill) Cox; Carlos Jennings; Teresa McCormick; Terry McCormick; Wendy McCormick; Tammie (Larry) Lakins and Bobby (Mickey) McCormick; as well as many nieces and nephews.

Sharon had a selfless and extremely generous nature. She loved her family and friends fiercely.  She had been a home health care aide for many local families and took pride in the care she provided. She was a shopping enthusiast and loved to be sitting on the beach. She was a loving wife, mother and especially loved her role as "Mimi." She will be greatly missed.

Funeral service will be held 11:30 AM Wednesday, September 18, 2024 at Christ's Church 3370 Upper Bellbrook Rd., Bellbrook, Ohio with Pastor Paul Santoro officiating. Visitation will be held from 10:30 AM Wednesday until the time of service at the church. She will be interred at Silvercreek Cemetery, Jamestown, Ohio.
