Susan Titus, 60, of Xenia passed away Wednesday, July 1, 2026 at her home.

She was born June 23, 1966, in Dayton, the daughter of Wilbur and Violet (Pennington) Hall.  Susan had earned 2 Master Degrees from the University of Dayton. She worked over many years, aiding countless others, as a Mental Health Counselor.  She was a life-long supporter of the Arts.

Susan is survived by her sons, Seth (Megan), Spencer and Kody Titus; grandchildren, Avery and Aspyn Titus; sisters, Kim Hall and Becky Kortjohn; brother, Dennis Hall; and close family friend, Robb Willoughby.  She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Stephen Hall; and former husband, Keith Titus.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, July 19th, from 2:00 - 4:00PM. At Yellow Springs Brewery Barrel Room, 1475 Xenia Avenue, Yellow Springs, OH.  McColaugh Funeral Home in Xenia is serving the family.
