Terry Lee Cope, 64, of Xenia died Wednesday, October 7, 2026, at his residence.

He was born February 23, 1962, in Xenia the son of Eugene W. and Margaret L. (Robinette) Cope Sr.  Terry was a 1980 graduate of Xenia High School.  He was then employed as a Truck Driver for the Greene County Sanitation Department for over 30 years.  He was a longtime member of Greene County Fish and Game for many years.  Terry loved to Hunt and fish.  He could often be found at one of his favorite place; Nick's, Roosters or Applebee's.

Terry is survived by his brothers, Eugene Jr.(Carla) and David (Gail); sisters, Carol Moore and Marsha Chambliss; best friend, John Phipps; and many nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Betty Jane Parkison.

Graveside service is planned for 11 AM Tuesday at Woodland Cemetery, Xenia.
