Thomas E. Maxwell, age 74, of Xenia, passed away Thursday, October 7, 2021 at Hospice of Dayton. Tom was born February 15, 1947 in Dayton, Ohio one of three sons born to Thomas D. and Delores M. (Shoemaker) Maxwell.

Tom was preceded in death by his wife, Sally K. Brandon Maxwell, the love of his life on September 19, 2020, and he mourned her death every day since.

He is survived by his children: Thomas Christopher Maxwell and Karen Sue McGehee, both of Florida; his grandchildren: Justin (Megan) McGehee and Brittany (Corey) Henderson; great grandchildren: Mackenzie and Charlotte; brothers: David (Karen) Maxwell of Centerville and Michael Maxwell of Beavercreek; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.

Tom had been an accountant with the United Way. He enjoyed golfing and the Cleveland Browns. As a child, he and his family enjoyed time at Indian Lake. Most of all, Tom loved Sally.
