With deep love and sadness, Travis Ormsby Jr. left this world to be with his Lord on December 9, 2025. He was a beloved brother whose quiet presence, gentle humor, and deep devotion to his family touched all who knew him.

Travis was a man of few words, but his love spoke loudly. He was funny in his own quiet way and deeply devoted to his family, whom he loved with his whole heart. You could talk to him about any sport, but his favorite team was the Pittsburgh Steelers, whom he followed faithfully. He also found peace in gardening and enjoyed listening to music, simple joys that brought him comfort.

To me, he was more than a brother — he was my protector and my biggest fan, always there with steady support and unconditional love.

Travis is survived by his sisters, Kimberly Gross of Centerville and Angie Daughtrey of Henderson, North Carolina; his nephew Brian Thomas (Danielle); and several other nieces and nephews who loved him dearly.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Travis and Irene Ormsby; his brother, David Ormsby; his sister, Renee Stivers; and his niece, Jessica Ormsby.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to charities that support those struggling with depression and addiction, causes close to the heart of honoring Travis's life and compassion.

He will be deeply missed and forever loved.
