WILLIAM "BILL" H. APGAR

Bill passed away on April 28, 2026 at their home in Dade City, FL from a heart attack. He was formerly from Xenia OH.

Bill was Born December 23, 1946 he was 79 years old.  He graduated from Xenia high school in 1964.  Bill served as Commander of Amvets post in Xenia, and was also was district commander.  Bill and Laura enjoyed fishing, golf and he loved playing cards.

Bill is preceded in death by his parents Ken & Wilma Apgar, sister Jane Muterspaw, step-son JW Stroud and sister-in-law Kim Baldwin Test. Bill is survived by his wife Laura Baldwin Apgar, whom he married December 9, 1999, son Ryan Baldwin; 2 brothers and 3 children born to him and his wives.

He was the light of Laura's life.  And She was his.

Gathering for friends and family will be Thursday, August 13th beginning at 4:30 PM until time of service at 6 PM at McColaugh Funeral Home, 826 N. Detroit St., Xenia.
